Use of probiotics for formation of microflora of gastrointestinal tract of calves

The results of the use probiotic strains microorganisms Bacillus family for correction and formation microflora gastrointestinal tract impact on metabolism in calves are presented.
 aim study. To analyze effect probiotics biochemical parameters blood up to one month.
 Materials methods. research was conducted during 2020 conditions Ukrainian farms cattle breeding. Five experimental groups five one-week-old were formed each control group. Calves kept separately same diet, but with feeding together colostrum substitute grams per animal: amyloliquefaciense, mucilaginosus, coagulans, megaterium, pumilus. deposited produced by “Kronos Agro” Ukraine.
 Results. It found that as a result studies when B. pumilus mucilaginosus number Lactobacillus sp. 80 % higher than level opportunistic pathogens group coagulans had minimal values. Animals where given amount Candida - 300 CFU/g Enterobacteriaceae – 200 CFU/g; which is 50 less compared groups, more experiment coagulans. According examination serum calves, absence toxic effects strains: internal organs animals established.
 Conclusions. maximum positive 30 days age (1×109) fed at dose 5 g animal. reached 800 CFU/g, At time, indicators was: Clostridium 20 %, Escherichia coli 70 Enterobacteriaceae, Staphylococcus 100 control.
 In study parameters, it activity enzymes, protein glucose levels within physiological norm, indicating normal metabolic process no effects.
